Flopix Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and unopened — the packaging seal and sticker must be fully intact.
• In original condition, showing no signs of wear, damage, or handling.
• Returned in the same packaging it arrived in.

 

If the item shows any marks, residue, or tampering, it won’t be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Return

1. Email hussein@flopix.shop within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used Flopix units.
• Items purchased during limited drops or special releases.
• Digital or promotional items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days
